Intellectual Property & Ownership

1. Proprietary Content: All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and the unique "Kaori Glow Ritual Guides," is the exclusive property of Kaori LLC and Kaori Glow and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

2. Visual Assets: Our botanical photography, lifestyle imagery and product descriptions are curated specifically for the Kaori Glow brand experience. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of these visual assets for commercial purposes without express written permission from us.

3. Trademarks: The names "Kaori Glow," "Kaori Care" and our custom soap blend names (including but not limited to "Sage & Citrus Ritual Bar") are trademarks of Kaori Glow. These trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Kaori Glow.

4. User-Generated Content: While we love when you share your "glow" on social media, please note that by tagging us or using our brand hashtags, you grant Kaori Glow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing purposes. However, we will never imply that you are a paid spokesperson without a separate formal agreement.
