Where we ship
- We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern on Friday, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods & timing

Orders ship via standard ground services with our preferred carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, UniUni or similar ground providers).

Standard transit time within the U.S. is typically 3–5 business days after carrier pickup.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or local conditions may extend transit times.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after carrier pickup.
Missing or delivered-but-not-found packages
If your tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check any side doors, porches, or with a neighbor first. If it has not appeared within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp, contact us with your order number at support@kaoriglow.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
Order changes & cancellations
To keep your Kaori ritual moving smoothly through our fulfillment partner, all orders are processed as soon as they are submitted. Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited, changed, or cancelled, including changes to products, quantities, discount codes, or shipping addresses. Please double‑check your details before completing checkout.
Returns & personal care products
Because our products are personal care items, opened or used bars cannot be returned or resold. All sales are considered final once an order is placed, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items received. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, email support@kaoriglow.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and make it right.

Our soaps are crafted with gentle, high-quality ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. Our products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you have very sensitive skin, a history of allergies, or any existing skin condition, we strongly recommend:
